Three French Bullgod Puppies

"DOGS MAKE OUR LIVES WHOLE"

Lexie is a 5-8 year old golden retriever/shepherd mix who loves all the people.  She is very loyal, smart, and affectionate.  She would do great as an only pet but with training and socialization she has gotten to like the other dogs in her foster home and with the right introduction would be fine with another dog.  She has never met a cat though.  Lexi is great with children of all ages and loves to be pet and get attention from everyone she meets.  She play fetch, sits, gives pay, and is easily trainable.  She is housebroken, does well in the car and on a leash.  She is very smart and is looking for her forever home.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.  Lexie came to us positive for heartworm but has completed her treatments and is now heartworm negative.    Her adoption fee is $400

Clyde came in with his friend Bonnie.  These poor dogs were left in a public restroom tied up.  Clyde had chewed through his leash but didn't leave Bonnie.  That being said, now that they are safe and comfortable they really aren't that attached and would probably do better separated.  Clyde does best with dogs his size or bigger and needs a slow introduction, he would be great all by himself, soaking up all the people attention.  He loves to play, especially fetch and has tons of energy to burn off.  He still needs some work on his manners but is doing much better on his chewing and seems to be housebroken and is working on his basic commands.  He has not met a cat yet and is most likely too much for them.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500

Buck is a complete goof ball, he flops around with a huge smile on his face.  He loves following around other dogs and would benefit from a friend to learn more commands from.  He would spend all day chasing other dogs in the yard if he could.  Buck is crate trained and mostly potty trained.  He does not chew or tear apart toys.  He does great with kids but is a puppy still (Turns 1 in Oct 2024), so he might be too much for little kids, and he doesn't understand how to be gentle with cats either and does try to play with them (which they usually don't like).  Buck is still a bit skittish, but once he warms up he is a loving lap dog.  He knows "inside" and "crate", but is still learning other basic commands.  Buck overall is just a happy go lucky pup!  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and chipped. His adoption fee is $500

Theo.jpg

Theo is about 7 years old, and he is a terrier mix that came up from Kentucky about 6 years ago. He was adopted into a home and then returned when he didn't like a new houseguest. He gets along great with other dogs and cats. He is quiet, housebroken, and very affectionate. He would love his very own person or family who he can cuddle with and take nice walks. He is just the sweetest boy. He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and chipped. (He was positive for Ehrlichia when he first came up here but was treated and is cleared but he might always test positive on a snap test.) His adoption fee is $400

Chevelle is a young, about 3 yrs old, female husky shepherd mix.  She is full of animation.  If her blue eyes don't put a smile on your face, then her liveliness certainly will.  Chevelle is fully potty trained and crate trained.  She has amazing recall to come inside (clearly from the shepherd) and understand basic commands.  She has not chewed or destroyed anything when left to wander the house.  Chevelle will get the zoomies when playing with other dogs, but the husky in her will get a bit vocal when first introducing her to new dogs.  She has not been tested with cats.  And she would do best with older children as her zoomies may not do well with toddlers.  As a husky she does have a lot of fur that will need to be maintained on a regular basis.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500

Remington_edited.jpg

Remington is a Australian Shepherd mix who turns 11 in Jan 2025.  He would do best in an active home or with a "job".  He knows all of his commands and will proudly show you all his tricks for a treat.  He has a great coat that is easy to manage compared to most Aussie's and is a sweet heart for grooming.  Remington needs to be in a home without small kids, he has had little exposure to kids and can be reactive to quick motions.  We do believe with time and training he can work through it.  Once he has adjusted he becomes a cuddle bug.  He has lived with other dogs his whole life but can be selective of new dogs.  He does not seem interested in cats but to our knowledge has never lived with them.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.   His adoption fee is $400

Yeti is a young, male, pit mix.  He is gorgeous, and still very much a puppy.  He needs someone who has experience and is able to continue his training.  He has TONS of energy and love to play.  He loves toys and other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog to play with and a large fenced in yard to help burn off some energy.  He is learning how to walk on a leash and is very strong.  He does great with kids but should not be in a home with cats or small animals.  He is housebroken and crate trained (and should be crated when gone as he is still working on indoor manners) and he will help clear the table as well so he needs some more help learning how to live inside (he most likely spent the first year of his life outside in a kennel).  He is very sweet though and with the right person will learn to be a great dog.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500

Tony is such a lover, we think boxer/hound mix.  He and his siblings were dumped in front of someone's house with their mother and unfortunately his mother and one sibling were hit by a car before the homeowner even knew about it and they didn't make it.  He loves to play with his siblings and is constantly running around and playing chase or keep away.  He does really love to snuggle too though.  Like most puppies he is full of energy unless he is napping.  He has puppy manners too so will need some training, while he has had some progress, he still needs work on house breaking, and basic commands.  He is great with other dogs, but hasn't met a cat, and seems fine with kids.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $600

Don't let the gray hair fool you, Jazzy is full of energy and loves to give hugs.  She is very well mannered and loves to go for walks and play but also enjoys naptime in the afternoon.  She is very protective of her people and has a little bit of resource guarding with other dogs so we recommend that she is an only pet.  And while she would probably be fine with kids we recommend older kids.  She has never met a cat though so we don't know about those.  She is housebroken, crate trained, knows her basic commands, and does great in the car and on the leash.  She would love a nice place to retire in.   Her adoption fee is $400

Hi, my name is Loxy.  I'm a female shepherd mix, about 5-7 years old and only about 50lbs.  My foster mom is working on getting some more weight on me though.  I'm great with dogs, kids, and cats.  With the proper intro and a little time, I will trust a patient and compassionate male.  My last owner, who was a male, wasn't very kind and was quite abusive. I'm crate trained, house trained, and haven't chewed or been destructive at all.  I love riding in the car and going on walks.  I also love to play and paw things around (because I have clearly been hanging out with a lot of cats).  Don't let my age fool you, I'm quite playful and energetic and really a good girl.  I'm fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400

Luna is a very sweet, senior girl.  She is very friendly and well mannered. She does well on walks but also LOVES just chilling on the couch with you.  She is housebroken, crate trained, does great in the car as well, knows her commands, all around great dog. She has lived with other dogs and kids and does great with both of them.  She has never met a cat though so we aren't sure and she was reported to chase chickens so probably not a great fit.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, fecal and hwt neg.  Her adoption fee is $400

Meet Max!  He is a young and energetic Pomeranian-Poodle mix around 2 yrs old.  He loves his dog and humans friends, especially if they want to play.  He would do well in a home that has the same high energy as him, although he will sit and snuggle on the couch after a long day.  He has never met a cat so we aren't sure how he would do with them.  He doesn't really like fast, jerky movements, so kids are not a great idea for this guy.  He does great in the car, is crate trained and potty trained.  He is okay with walks but will need some more work on the leash.  He would do best with a fenced in yard as he is known to run around and will wander off.  Bigger dogs do make him a little nervous at first and he doesn't realize boundaries because he just wants to play.  He seems to be nervous of men and will need an experienced owner to help with some training and confidence. Overall he is a sweet guy looking for a fun and loving family.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500

Rocket was born in August 2024.  At about 20lbs she can run like the wind.  She would require a fenced yard to give her ample space to expel her puppy energy.  Rocket gets along with dogs quickly but needs some work on understanding personal space of the other dogs.  She just wants them all to be her friend!  Rocket would do well with kids above toddler age.  She is training on no jumping which may knock younger children down.  Luckily, she has been a quick learner!  She would be an intriguing DNA test given the variety of breeds she looks to be mixed with.  Rocket is quickly picking up potty training by using a bell on the door.  She loves playing with otys and has shown no signs of chewing.  She has not been introduced to cats, but may be too much energy for certain cats.  Rocket is fixed and up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500
